I'm squeaking in just under the wire this morning for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge #236!
For this card, I used a brand new stamp set by Stampin' Up! that will be available on June 1st. This beautiful flamingo is from the Pop of Paradise stamp set. The washi and designer paper coordinate perfectly to make this card almost effortless!
I say "almost" because the flamingo must be fussy cut as there is no die or punch for her. Fussy Cutting is sooo not my thing which is why I've order a new little gadget called the Slice Precision Cutter. I've posted a picture below and once it arrives and I've given it a try, I'll let you know what I think of it... I really want it to work!
Remodel projects over the weekend have put me a bit behind so I'll be back this afternoon with another card for you!
I think you did a great job with the fussy cutting! And your flamingo is colored perfectly! I love the black and white background too. It really shows off those bits of pink! Thanks for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches!
